Privacy Policy

FCIB — Financial Crime & Investigation Bureau respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you visit thefcib.com, engage our investigative services, or use our secure client portal.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly (name, email, phone, organisation, country, case details) plus limited technical data (IP, browser, device, referrer) collected automatically to secure and improve the service.

How we use information

To deliver asset tracing, financial crime, cyber, and AML investigation services; operate the secure client portal; respond to enquiries; comply with KYC/AML and other legal obligations; and detect or prevent fraud and abuse.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with vetted sub-processors, with law enforcement or regulators where required by law, and with counterparties strictly as needed to advance an authorised investigation.

Retention, security, and your rights

Case files are typically retained for a minimum of seven years to satisfy AML and evidentiary requirements. We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Subject to local law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability by emailing support@thefcib.com.
